POE horn speaker, POE ceiling speaker, POE wall speaker for IP public address systems suitable to be used in offices,
commercial areas, hospitals and industrial plants
For audio playback, in addition to IP amplified gateways, the SoundLAN family of
equipment for the implementation of public address systems includes a range of POE amplified loudspeakers in different
versions to suit all installation requirements
Simplicity, efficiency and adaptability are the main features of these POE powered loudspeakers, making them the preferred choice
especially when small areas need to be serviced where a data network connection is already available.
These POE loudspeakers incorporate a 10W class D amplifier that ensures high efficiency and low heat dissipation, making them
suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions.
The installation of these loudspeakers is very simple as they only require a single cable to connect them to the data network on
which the power supply also runs.
In addition, the outdoor horn version is equipped with IP66 connectors that allow installation without the need to access the
interior to make connections or adjustments: fastening the horn to the wall and inserting the data cable on the connector
provided are the only operations necessary for its installation.
Programming and setting can be done remotely with a browser thanks to the web server function integrated in the software of
these IP loudspeakers.
The horn version also implements two special functions: reversible operation (talk-back) and the possibility of storing messages
in the internal memory that can be played on command (closing an input) or on automatic criteria (e.g. time scheduling).
These auxiliary functions mean that these horns can also be used to monitor the surroundings, to implement an emergency
signalling system (signals activated by a button) or to talk to a visitor at a gate in PTT mode.
The use of these loudspeakers, together with other SoundLAN system equipment, is the simplest, quickest and most economical way
to provide public address in any area where an IP network is available.
POE loudspeakers use the Peer-To-Peer protocol (but are also available with SIP protocol on request) which, thanks to the absence
of central management units, guarantees high reliability as a server-less system with distributed intelligence and which does not
require software to be installed on a server or other types of central management units.
This protocol ensures maximum simplicity and flexibility in the realisation of the system both in the initial phase and should
it be necessary to modify its structure at a later stage by moving equipment or expanding the system by adding new sound
diffusion points.
Thanks to the POE solution, these units only need to be connected by a single cable and it is also possible to use these units
in systems connected via WiFi or via GSM with power supplied by photovoltaic panels. All in all, these loudspeakers are suitable
for use in a wide variety of environments in industry, commerce and services (Download documentation
